Ran demand generation and event campaigns for a global manufacturer trying to reach a specific, hard-to-find B2B audience — warehouse managers, logistics directors, procurement teams — and replaced paper event sign-ups with clean digital data.
Led full-funnel digital marketing as Head of Marketing, working across paid social, SEO, affiliate, email/SMS, CRO and analytics — collaborating with executive leadership, an external web agency, and an in-house creative team to grow qualified demand and tighten reporting.
A paid search and LinkedIn campaign wasn’t converting. Rather than rewriting the creative, I diagnosed it as an audience-fit problem — reallocated 50% of the budget to Meta, where the actual buyers were spending their time.
